This response to the consultation on timescales for repairs in the social rented sector under Awaab’s Law is on behalf of PlaceShapers
We welcome the opportunity to respond to the consultation on the specific requirements that landlords must meet through the implementation of Awaab’s Law. Our response to the consultation has been informed by conversations with, and input from, our housing association members and their residents.
