Roundtable with the Regulator

Members of the Regulator of Social Housing’s executive team will be joining PlaceShapers members for this roundtable.
The event will bring together housing leaders for a focused discussion with RSH on their More and Better Social Homes discussion document. This document sets out ideas for changes to RSH’s next regulatory cycle, beginning in April 2028, and incorporates their broader regulatory principles and economic standards.
This is an important moment in the development of RSH’s future regulatory approach and comes in advance of a formal consultation on the economic standards, and ultimately how the sector delivers more and better social homes. RSH are keen to hear a range of views from across the sector on the ideas proposed, so this is an important opportunity to get involved.
