Aspire Housing is part of we are aspire. we are aspire comprises three businesses: Aspire Housing, PM Training and the Realise charity. Together, we blend commercial expertise with social purpose and revitalise communities by providing homes, training, employment and support.
- 948 customers received advice on dealing with their debts
- Our Employment and Skills team helped 317 customers with 108 gaining jobs and 85 attending training from which 46 achieved recognised qualifications
- Thirty customers aged 19-24 took advantage of our Aspire 2 Work pledge providing access to training and apprenticeships
- We created 62 apprentices in business, housing and construction
- 10% of our workforce are working towards apprentcieship frameworks
- Through PM Training, over 700 apprenticeships were created working with a business network of over 1000 local companies
We are committed to leading the way within our sector and continue to provide a positive impact within our local community. During the last year we have doubled our social return on investment. Our apprenticeship pledges remain at the forefront on our business.

During October 2015, our Group Chief Executive, Sinéad Butters became Chair of Placeshapers. She said:
