Summer Leaders Event

We are looking forward to hosting our next Leaders' Event in Manchester.
This will be an opportunity for Chairs and Chief Executives to come together following the recent elections and wider political uncertainty to reflect on the challenges facing our sector, share experiences of place-shaping leadership, and look ahead together.
Will Perry, Director of Strategy and Andy Singleton, Assistant Director of Regulatory Engagement, both from the RSH, will be joining the event for a focused discussion on their More and Better Homes discussion document.
This document sets out ideas for changes to RSH’s next regulatory cycle, beginning in April 2028, and incorporates their broader regulatory principles and economic standards. This is an important moment in the development of RSH’s future regulatory approach and comes in advance of a formal consultation on the economic standards.
The RSH are keen to hear a range of views from across the sector on the ideas proposed, so this is an important opportunity to get involved in a small group discussion.
These events are always well attended, thought-provoking and designed to create space for honest, member-led discussion.
