Webinar | Designing services with residents
12 August 2026 10:00 - 11:00
Putting genuine resident experience at the heart of our services
As part of the PlaceShapers Learning Programme, we are exploring the question of how to put genuine resident experience at the heart of our services.
In this webinar you will hear from members who have taken a fresh, innovative approach to ensuring that resident experience doesn’t just shape what they do, but is absolutely central to the way they work.
You will hear from Pioneer, working in partnership with Loconomy, on their Hidden Voices to be Heard project. The project’s aim is to ensure that tenants’ voices can lead to real decision-making, with landlords taking meaningful action as a result.
NDH will share their experience of working with the Poverty Truth Commission, which seeks to discover the answer to the question, ‘what if people who struggled against poverty were involved in making decisions about tackling poverty?’. Their involvement in the Commission has fundamentally changed the way NDH think about their communities and strengthened their local partnerships.
Attendees will come away with new ideas, inspiration, and practical tips to strengthen your own approach to putting resident experience at the heart of your services.
