Key activities under the Collaborate outcome of our 2023-2026 Strategic Plan
- Heartwarming Homes: Co-created by residents, and in partnership with tpas and NHC, a toolkit to help change communications about energy efficiency improvements.
- Healthy Homes: Co-created with residents in collaboration with the Housing Ombudsman and Energy Saving Trust, member resources to help communication on damp and mould. (Member Resource Library).
- Residents Voices in Net Zero: In partnership with tpas, a resident-led guide to how we talk about green homes.
