Our 2025/2026 work plan sets out how

  • Support members to navigate a complex and challenging environment while keeping a focus on place-shaping.
  • Move forward in our journey to achieving the objectives in our 2023-2026 strategic plan.

Objective 1

Communicate the unique role of place-based housing associations to ensure the sector is understood and valued by politicians and stakeholders.

Create the conditions for our members to do more, including through a renewed Affordable Homes Programme and a new rent settlement.

By continuing to work with the Joseph Rowntree Foundation and Trussell Trust to bring member and resident voices and experience to their national campaigning and supporting resident voices in the media and national and local debate wherever possible.
