As a community housing provider with over 1,400 homes, ccha are proud to deliver excellent homes and services to our customers and communities. As a smaller provider with big ambitions ccha recognise that the key to their success will be in effective partnership working. Being a member of the PlaceShapers network helps us to further develop positive partnerships, ensure that we maintain our community focus and effectively manage homes in a locally sensitive manner.
CCHA has completed its newest scheme, which will provide eight new homes in South Croydon.
