As part of our focus on economic place-shaping, this webinar will explore what actions housing associations can take to help their tenants and communities into sustainable employment.
In the three months to September 2025, there were approximately 1.79 million unemployed people in the UK, with an unemployment rate of 5%.
In this webinar, you will hear from whg about their innovative Work4 programme, including partnerships with the health sector that have led to tenants being employed directly by the health sector, a new way of working with the DWP, and a Youth Trailblazer initiative. You will also hear from RHP on how they are supporting residents into work through their skills academy and opening up apprenticeships and construction opportunities in their own development and regeneration schemes.
