The pandemic was a period of intense change for how social landlords worked, especially for income collection teams who faced significant change as restrictions on legal powers were introduced.
PlaceShapers, National Housing Federation and whg have commissioned an investigation to understand how lockdown measure changed social landlord’s approach to income collection. For many landlords the challenges faced became opportunities for creativity and innovation which have been transformative for both employee and resident.
