Tuesday 26 April, 12n - 1pm
Half of the workforce are women, who at some stage will go through the menopause. As many as one in four will experience symptoms so severe that they may consider leaving the workplace completely.
In this session our speakers will explore ways of working to create a culture where we openly discuss menopause, don't feel ashamed to talk about symptoms and develop a network of support for everyone. They will also share personal experiences giving a unique insight in their experiences.
