Chairs' Network Meeting

PlaceShapers Chairs' Network is open to chairs of boards from member organisations all over the country. It provides a peer-led safe space where chairs can explore any current and topical issues they may face.
At this meeting we will be joined by Richard Blakeway, the Housing Ombudsman, who will share the latest work on their work, with a particular focus on learning from complaints and the role of the board in setting a complaints culture.
Network member Rob Young, Chair of Prima Group will share the work they have done to build relationships with health and the innovative data sharing agreement they are putting in place with health partners.
