Progress Housing Group retains G1/V2 gradings

8 April 2024

Progress Housing Group has maintained its G1 and V1 gradings following an In-Depth Assessment (IDA) by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH).

The social housing provider owns and manages nearly 12,000 homes across the UK, including those for affordable rent, homes for supported living for people with a learning disability, autistic people and those with a mental health condition, women’s refuges, homelessness, and keyworker accommodation. The Group is delighted to have kept its ratings at the highest standard possible, confirming its position in the UK's top 27% of best-performing housing providers.

Jacqui De-Rose, Group Chief Executive of Progress Housing Group, said: "We are thrilled to have maintained our G1, V1 gradings from the Regulator of Social Housing. These are the highest standards possible, and this is great news, especially as we celebrate 30 years of Progress this year.

"These gradings reaffirm that we are achieving our mission to have a positive impact on people and communities by providing high-quality homes, supporting independence and creating opportunities and our vision to ensure everyone has a place to call home and the opportunity to live their best life."

The RSH’s judgement includes its subsidiary companies Progress Housing Association Limited and Reside Housing Association Limited.
