Our members are carrying out retrofit work to make social housing more energy efficient and begin the journey to net-zero carbon emissions. Many members are accessing the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund to support this work, but they are also investing their own resources to ensure this work can be done as quickly as possible.

The views and experiences of residents are central to our work on energy efficiency and decarbonisation. We are working in partnership with others, including TPAS and the Northern Housing Consortium, to support members in their engagement with residents.
