A lunch and learn session on how collaborative partnership work is tackling homelessness within the city of Peterborough. Hear from colleagues at Cross Keys Homes and Peterborough City Council about their collective aim that has helped to bring those temporarily housed outside Peterborough back into the city and also the range of initiatives they are jointly pursuing which is having a positive impact in the increasingly challenging area of homelessness.

Halton Housing is currently undertaking a transformation project to help develop its services from reactive to pre-emptive. This proactive approach is more efficient, effective and will cost less. A pre-emptive service can reduce call volumes, reduce responsive repairs and increase tenancy sustainability.
