As well as the homes we create, we offer services for residents and our wider west London community. In 2018/2019 we helped 19 households sustain their tenancies through debt and welfare advice or aids and adaptations – directly supporting the most vulnerable members of our community. Our Best Chance programme helped 210 people with career progression.
Social return on investments
CAN Invest, a leading UK social impact advisor, measure the wider value we deliver by assessing the value we create and ways we deliver it. This gave a Cost Benefit Ratio (CBR) for each of our services and an overall CBR of more than £3 for every £1 we invest.This means that we return three times the level of our investment in terms of impact to the local and national economy.
