Additional services

Providing and managing homes is interesting. However, helping build communities is exciting. I see membership of the PlaceShapers Group as an opportunity to share best practice about our collective ethos of focusing on engagement with the local community. I believe that our residents should be at the centre of all that we do. I think that accountability to customers and excellent customer service is the acid test of a housing organisation's success. The PlaceShapers Group provides us all with the exciting potential to put local accountability and excellent services to the forefront of the housing agenda.
