Grand Union Housing Group is a leading provider of affordable housing and related services in Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire, owning and managing almost 12,000 properties. The Group is ideally placed to create and sustain neighbourhoods across Milton Keynes and the Oxford Cambridge arc growth area.
Grand Union Housing Group (GUHG) also helps people to enter the housing market through shared ownership and other home ownership initiatives. Currently developing over 300 new homes per year in partnership with developers and landowners, it is committed to raising standards of delivery. It is also a development partner of with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) on its Affordable Homes Programme.
