Glad you clicked through but you’ll need to come back on Wednesday 29 June to find out about We Work. Trust us, there’s going to be some amazing stories showing how PlaceShapers up and down the country change people’s lives...
The PlaceShaper manifesto supports members in discussions with MPs, local councillors, government agencies and others. It sets out the key principles that underpin our ethos together with a series of commitments that illustrate what these mean in practice.
The core principles of PlaceShapers, chaired by Tony Stacey (pictured on home page) are
1. We put our residents and customers at the centre of what we do and ensure they have real influence on our organisations.
2. We provide more than just landlord services because we care about the people and places where we work.
3. We recognise the importance of a local focus and work actively with our local authorities and other local partners to improve and shape places at both a strategic and operational level.
4. We believe there is strength and benefit to residents and stakeholders in maintaining a strong, independent, diverse, values-driven housing association sector.

Glad to see this response to the vile leaflet and that it's not from the parish council.
