Hand in hand: how housing associations and community led housing groups can work together to build quality, affordable housing.
Many housing associations were created by communities in response to an urgent need for decent, affordable housing. That need still exists, and while the sector is helping to plug the gap, we want to do more. And, mirroring our sector’s own past, so do a new wave of grassroots community groups.
In the past ten years, many fruitful partnerships have developed between housing associations and community led housing groups, but there’s an opportunity for many more to be forged.
Community led housing groups share our sector’s social purpose and ambitions to bring about change, while protecting and strengthening what is great about a place.
Join us on Thursday 10th December to find out why partnerships of this kind make good business sense.
