In October 2021 PlaceShapers brought the Regulator for Social Housing and over 100 tenants together over three events across the country. With support from Karbon Homes, Broadland Housing Group, Alliance Homes and Coastline Housing, tenants were able to share their informal feedback on the development of new regulation with Kate Dodsworth, Director for Consumer Regulations.
As well as this informal feedback, the themes and questions that were explored throughout the day generated many examples of good practice and where we, as social landlords have room for improvement.
